Nach seiner Immigration aus Italien nach \u00d6sterreich er\u00f6ffnete Herbert Dalus 1952 die erste Eisgrotte \u00d6sterreichs. Im Herzen Innsbrucks lebten und arbeiteten er und seine Frau Anna bis sie 1958 beschlossen in Salzburg ein neues Leben aufzubauen.<\/p>\n

Noch im selben Jahr wurde Manfred Dalus geboren, der das Gesch\u00e4ft 1992 \u00fcbernehmen w\u00fcrde. Nach dessen Lehre als K\u00fchlmaschinenmechaniker wurde erst einmal in den verschiedensten Eissalons auf der ganzen Welt gearbeitet: von Wien \u00fcber England sogar in Rio de Janeiro. Noch heute erinnert unsere Eis Sorte Mango do Brasil an die sch\u00f6nen Eindr\u00fccke die Manfred Dalus aus Brasilien mitgenommen hat.<\/p>\n

1967 wurde dann endlich eine zweite Eisgrotte in Salzburg er\u00f6ffnet. In der Rainerstra\u00dfe, neben dem weltber\u00fchmten Mirabellgarten gibt es unser Eis seitdem auch in H\u00fclle und F\u00fclle.<\/p>\n

Heute f\u00fchren Manfred Dalus und seine Frau Desiree den Salon bereits seit vielen Jahren und immer noch gibt es Stammkunden, die sich an das Gesch\u00e4ft von fr\u00fcher erinnern. Und auch in der Zukunft bleibt es in den H\u00e4nden der Familie Dalus. Tochter Julia ist seit 2017 dabei und wird den Betrieb in Zukunft weiterf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n
