Viele unserer Rezepte sind \u00fcber 40 Jahre alt und unser Geheimnis war von jeher nur eines: Frische. Schon beim Einkauf der Roh-Produkte wird hierauf strengstens geachtet und h\u00f6chste Qualit\u00e4t ist ein absolutes Muss. Zudem werden bei der Herstellung von Milch- und Fruchteis ausschlie\u00dflich reine Naturprodukte verwendet. F\u00fcr die besondere Cremigkeit des Milcheises, gilt bei uns als Regel die Verkochung der Grund-Zutaten. Danach reift unsere Masse \u00fcber Nacht zur Fertigstellung heran und wird jeden Morgen von unseren Eismachern f\u00fcr frisches Eis verwendet.\u00a0 So beginnt jeder Tag mit neuer, frischer Masse.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"pg-3076-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" >\n<div id=\"pgc-3076-1-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" >\n<div id=\"panel-3076-1-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" >\n<div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t><\/p>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-3296\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eisgrotte.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/IMG_7418_maschine_gelb_rund.jpg\" alt=\"Eismaschine gelb\" width=\"200\" height=\"211\" \/><br \/>\nF\u00fcr den erfrischenden Geschmack bei unserem veganen Fruchteis sorgt bei uns reines Quellwasser und ein hoher Anteil an frischen Fr\u00fcchten. Bei unserer traditionellen Herstellung werden also keinerlei Geschmacksverst\u00e4rker, Farben oder Konservierungsstoffe verwendet. Und das schmeckt man auch! Als Garantie f\u00fcr Frische und Qualit\u00e4t wechseln unsere Eismacher alle 2 bis 3 Stunden das Eis in der Vitrine gegen frisch hergestelltes Eis aus.
